Product Return
You can return a product if it was received in the presence of a delivery service employee. DEALER does not guarantee the resolution of disputes concerning the product if it was not inspected upon receipt. Product returns are made in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection." You can return a product of proper quality within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product has not been used, and all tags, packaging (for shoes), and original packaging are intact.
To return a product, you need to:
- Carefully fill out a request on the website.
- Package the product in its original condition, with all factory tags and seals intact (i.e., return the product in the same condition as you received it). It is essential that the original box is not damaged.
- You can return the product using Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or Meest POST. This is address delivery to a warehouse. Please verify the shipping details with your manager. (Verify the details for sending the product at Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or Meest POST branches).
To return the product through Nova Poshta, use the "Easy Return" service. This is a simple service that allows you to quickly and easily return a received product if it doesn't meet your expectations for any reason.
IMPORTANT! If you are returning multiple different orders, you should process each return as a separate shipment.
If you are returning several products from a single order, you should process the return for the products sent from the respective warehouses.
Shipping Cost: Shipping of a product is covered by us in the case of returning a product of improper quality. Shipping is at the customer's expense if the product is of proper quality but doesn't meet your expectations in terms of style, model, size, color, etc.
Products that CANNOT be returned include:
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" ("On Consumer Rights Protection"), a list of products of proper quality that cannot be returned has been approved.
- Hygiene items
- Feather and down products
- Gloves
- Bed linen
- Hosiery items
- Anti-fog products
You can inspect the product at the branch and, if it doesn't meet your expectations, you can refuse to accept it!
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Missing a product or cash receipt
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase
- Visible signs of usage or other defects on the product
- Original packaging is not preserved
If the product was purchased with a defect or a defect is discovered during use, you can return the product.
