Payment
At the moment, there are only three payment methods available - PlatonPay, WhitePay and payment upon receipt.
1. Payment by credit card via PlatonPay
Payment is made using your credit card through the Platon system immediately after placing the order. An SMS will be sent to your phone for payment confirmation (confirmation by code is required for certain banks and users with this setup). There is no commission fee for the transaction. After payment, your order is prepared for shipment.
* Before making a payment, please check:
- the ability to make online purchases with your card;
- the availability of funds on your card to cover the chosen purchase;
- the card's expiration date.
2. Payment with Cryptocurrency WhitePay
Whitepay (USDT, BTC, ETH, and 140+ other cryptocurrencies)
Whitepay allows you to pay using USDT, BTC, ETH, and over 140 cryptocurrencies from any wallet. Moreover, there are no network fees for payments from the WhiteBIT account.
3. Prepayment with Payment Upon Delivery
Payment is made upon receiving the order, but a prepayment of 300 UAH is required to send the order initially.
"Purchase in installments" from monobank
For "Purchase in parts" you need:
● be a client of monobank;
● carry a smartphone with the monobank application installed;
● available limit on "Purchase in installments".
How to issue "Purchase in installments" from monobank:
1. Select a product and go to the Cart.
2. Select the payment method "Pay with a bank card (ApplePay, GooglePay)(PlatonPay)".
3. Confirm the product and go to checkout.
4. On the payment page, select monobank
Conditions:
1. The minimum order amount is UAH 500.
2. The maximum order amount is according to your limit.
3. Credit term - 3-6 months. The first payment will be debited from the bank card at the time of purchase, and the next - in a month. First payment + 2-5 subsequent = 3-6 payments.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by courier services to offices or to your address:

The list of working branches is updated daily. Currently, delivery is available to all areas where it is possible and safe. Please inspect the goods in the presence of the delivery service personnel. The company does not guarantee the resolution of disputes regarding the product if it was not inspected upon receipt. Due to the introduction of martial law from February 24, 2022, our company cannot guarantee safe delivery to cities where there are active military operations or risks of such operations.
